GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

30% deposit requested after confirmation of the pre-reservation.

1. I will confirm your fishing session at the latest 24 hours before (by message). In case of bad weather, I reserve the right to cancel the service for safety reasons. Any cancellation due to bad weather will be subject to a full refund of the deposit, or to a proposal of another date.

2. If the client decides to interrupt the fishing trip due to seasickness, no refund will be given. If you are prone to seasickness, or do not know if you are seasick, please seek advice from your doctor or pharmacist, who will be able to advise you on the appropriate treatment.

3. For the equipment, everything will be provided, but you can, of course, use your own if you wish.

4. Personal flotation devices will be provided and are compulsory for your safety.

5. Bring specialised clothing for the sea. Mornings and evenings can be cool or cold.

6. In the event of rod breakage or damage outside of the fishing action, we will find an arrangement, either by reimbursing it or through your insurance.
